Learn to build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding and coaching clients toward their financials goals Learn to be a multiplier and lead by example Learn how to attract and build a team Responsibilities for Year 2

Have an official Leadership Role, and mentor new advisors to build what you have built in Year 1 Continue to run your own Financial Planning Practice Responsibilities for Year 3 through Retirement
