Qualifications
Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in California.
Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
Familiarity with the Dallas-Plano-Irving real estate market is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and real estate tools.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Compensation Compensation:
$115,500 - $285,000 yearly
