The Property Manager is responsible for the operational success and financial performance of a diverse portfolio, including medical office, commercial office, and retail properties. You will serve as the primary leader for on-site staff and the main point of contact for ownership, ensuring the investment's long-term value and growth. Key Responsibilities
Asset Management:
Direct all property business operations to maximize performance, profitable growth, and ROI. Leadership & Development:
Supervise, train, and motivate a professional team including Assistant Property Managers, Administrators, and Maintenance Personnel. Tenant Diplomacy:
Execute a comprehensive tenant relations program, meeting frequently with occupants to ensure quality standards and high retention rates. Financial Oversight:
Manage rent collections and delinquency reporting; ensure that all daily activities maximize cost efficiency for the ownership group. Strategic Procurement:
Prepare bid specifications, solicit competitive service contract bids, and provide data-driven recommendations to the VP of Operations. Leasing Collaboration:
Partner with the brokerage team to support new leasing initiatives and renewal efforts. Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain expert knowledge of Property Management Agreements and ensure all landlord/tenant obligations are strictly met. Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of
5 years
in Commercial Property Management (Medical office experience is highly valued). Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (Preferred). Professional Credentials:
Real estate accreditation ( CCIM, CPM, RPA ) or a valid
Real Estate License
is highly preferred. Communication:
Exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills. Mobility:
