What you will do
Service existing clients with policy changes, questions, and updates
Assist with billing inquiries, endorsements, and renewals
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
Work closely with sales and service team members to support clients
Help maintain accurate client records and follow agency workflows
What we’re looking for
Alabama Personal Lines insurance license (we will help you obtain)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer-first mindset
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive office
Insurance or customer service experience preferred
