We are expanding our community outreach program and are seeking independent partners to help educate property owners and drive awareness of The Andy App.
The Role As a Community Outreach Partner, you will be responsible for promoting awareness of Andy App through ethical outreach, referrals, and relationship-based engagement. You will operate independently using approved messaging, training, and tools provided by The Andy App.
Partners manage their own outreach efforts and are expected to follow compliance, brand, and communication guidelines.
What Community Outreach Sales Partners Do
Engage property owners through networking, referrals, and outreach
Clearly explain Andy App’s value and purpose
Share approved resources and referral links
Manage and follow up on self-generated outreach opportunities
Adjust outreach strategies using performance feedback
Training & Tools Provided
Structured onboarding and role training
Approved messaging and outreach frameworks
Referral tracking and reporting tools
Ongoing product and compliance updates
Access to best practices and support resources
Who We’re Looking For
Self-motivated individuals comfortable working independently
Prior experience in outreach, sales, or partnerships is helpful but not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to operate in a performance-based role
Individuals who prefer outcome-based work rather than fixed schedules
Compensation
Performance-based incentive compensation
Compensation is tied to compliant outreach and engagement activity

No quotas, territories, or fixed schedules
