This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Petersburg, FL, for a Junior Designer. The Junior Designer will work closely with the design team to conceptualize and execute creative designs that meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include collaborating on design projects, selecting materials and color palettes, drafting layouts, and ensuring project timelines are met. The role also entails supporting senior designers in client presentations and maintaining an organized workspace. Qualifications
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp Strong skills in creative design, concept development, and material selection Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively support the design team and interact with clients Experience with project management or familiarity with current design trends is a plus A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for design is a must
