Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts with accuracy and professionalism Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and account-related updates Provide clear information about services, processes, and account status Resolve client concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations Maintain organized records and documentation related to customer accounts Support account growth through consistent follow-up and relationship management Qualifications
