This position is onsite, Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM (depending on business needs). Hourly compensation is commensurate with experience. Your Responsibilities
Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information for customers. Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process. Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service. Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, analytics and problem-solving abilities. Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgments. Any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned. Your Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age. Spanish-speaking is highly preferred. If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required. Several years of experience in a customer service role. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Travel Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties. Good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity are required. Your Benefits
