Responsibilities
Take charge of the dealership’s used car inventory, ensuring smooth operations and maximum profitability.
Stay ahead with daily assessments of outbound emails and incoming leads using Dealer Socket.
Set the standard and establish appraisal guidelines while conducting precise vehicle evaluations.
Collaborate closely with the Used Car Manager to identify and capitalize on trade-in opportunities.
Leverage the latest industry tools—from inventory management software to our cutting-edge CRM system.
Keep vehicles front-line ready, managing key details like year stickers, plate frames, and wholesale units to maintain a professional and polished presentation.
Be the go-to vehicle authority, master every detail from cutting-edge technology to must have packages, for all used cars.
Build lasting customer connections and create a loyal client base that keeps coming back for more.
Use consultative selling skills to help customers find their perfect match, ask the right questions, listen attentively, and guide them with expertise.
Be the problem solver, address customer concerns quickly and effectively using the dealership’s CRM, phone, text, and email.
Deliver high-impact vehicle demonstrations that leave a lasting impression.
Stay engaged with potential buyers, follow up with referrals, stay connected with prior customers and create repeat business that fuels your success.
Master sales techniques through our continue training, conquer objections, and thrive in dynamic sales situations.

Qualifications & Skills
Expertise in Used Vehicle Sales - At least one year of experience with a strong understanding of all vehicle types.
Proven Dealership Sales Experience - Minimum three years in a dealership setting, delivering results and driving success.
Professional Presence - Maintain a polished demeanor and business-appropriate attire that reflects confidence and credibility.
High-Energy Work Ethic - Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, tackling challenges with determination.
Customer-Centric Approach - Build trust and long-term relationships with exceptional customer service skills that enhance satisfaction.
