From operating high-tech machinery to traditional cultivation and post-harvest tasks, every shift offers a new experience. Whether you're hand-trimming or working on our advanced Hash Tech and Trimming Trailers, you will be a vital part of a team dedicated to delivering professional-grade results for our clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Your work opportunities will vary based on the specific needs of each or our clients in your region, but primary responsibilities include: Automated Processing:
Operate and maintain leased equipment (including Mobius and Hash Tech lines) and serve as a key member of automated processing teams. Cultivation & Harvest:
Perform farm or nursery labor, including planting, defoliation, and harvesting. Post-Harvest Operations:
Execute hand trimming, packaging, and related processing tasks. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
Adhere to strict cleaning protocols and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Professionalism:
Maintain a dependable presence, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and care. Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on Trimmr's evolving post-harvest solutions and technology through provided training. Required Skills & Qualifications
Age Requirement:
Must be at least 21 years old. Industry Passion & Knowledge:
A strong desire to learn the nuances of the regulated cannabis industry. Reliability:
Punctual and committed to delivering quality work in a "gig work" environment. Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive fine-motor tasks, and lift up to 35 lbs. Environmental Comfort:
Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor environments with strong odors and varying temperatures and weather. On-Demand Shift Opportunities:
Comfortable with "gig work" for our on demand staffing needs. Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills and a process-oriented mindset. Logistics:
