is looking for an experienced Dealership Parts Counter Professional to join our awesome team! This individual needs to understand customer needs and be able to utilize our electronic parts catalog to locate the right parts.
Pay Scale The monthly Parts Counterperson compensation is expected to range from $40,000 - $75,000.00, depending on job performance/qualifications. 401(k) 401(k) employer contributions Medical Insurance Vision Plan Flexible Spending Plans Employer Discounts on vehicles, service and parts
Responsibilities and Duties Greet customers with a smile High level of customer service Look up parts using electronic parts catalog Maintain a clean and neat showroom Discuss parts and other products with enthusiasm Inventory maintenance Understand all aspects of parts department Rotate between front and back counters as needed
Pay Defined:
The Parts Counterperson position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31 plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
