Responsibilities
Travel between branches to assist with various customer service tasks
Greet members, process transactions, resolve inquiries, and promote credit union products and services
Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a positive service experience
Navigate different branch environments and customer needs with flexibility and adaptability
Support teller activities or assist with account openings as needed
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail for accurate processing of transactions and member requests
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively
Adaptability and flexibility to work across different branch locations and teams
Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not required; comprehensive training is provided
Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service and a collaborative approach to teamwork
