COMMUNITY MANAGER @ MANUFACTURED HOME COMMUNITY (Jackson, MI location)

Hometown Communities is seeking a high-performing Community Manager to help us fill vacant homes and drive 100% occupancy while managing daily operations. This role is perfect for a hands on, friendly and organized professional who wants to earn significant bonuses through home sales and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Infill & Occupancy – Fill vacant homes through aggressive marketing, showings, and sales. Meet weekly showing targets and conversion goals.
• Ensure Rent Collection – Collect rents on time and meet revenue targets
• Deliver Resident Experience – Enforce rules, resolve concerns, maintain safe community
• Maintain Property Condition – Oversee maintenance, inspections, compliance
• Manage Finances – Control expenses, stay on budget, accurate reporting
• Foster Community Engagement – Organize events that strengthen resident culture

Requirements

• Proficiency with Property Software (PS), Google Suite, Facebook/Marketplace marketing
• Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to show homes and close deals
• Previous long-term employment with track record of stability
• Desire to grow, learn, and contribute to high-energy team
