Job Summary

We are a Technology and Cloud Company specializing in System Integration, Resale of Tech products, Datacenter and AI Cloud. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions with the help of the Sales Team you would be supporting. You will leverage your customer service and sales skills to build relationships and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare proposals for customers

Follow up with Clients on proposals

Ability to meet and exceed customers requirements and timelines

Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups

Utilize technology sales techniques to present product offerings effectively

Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction

Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions

Qualifications

Good appetite to strive in a fast paced environment to meet transactional timelines

Technical Channel Sales experience preferred

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales

Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals

Familiarity with technology products or services is a plus

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

Good presentation skills

Transactional Expertise with a focus on strategy

Quickly being able to align with management goals and strategy

Education A bachelor`s degree in business, information technology, or a related field is often preferred.

Adaptability A self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment.

Job Type Full-time

Pay $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
