I began my career in State Farm Claims, which gave me firsthand experience helping customers through some of life’s toughest moments — and ultimately inspired me to open my own agency focused on personalized care and reliable protection. I’m a graduate of Seattle Pacific University, and outside the office, I like to keep things fun and creative. I’ve performed stand-up comedy and even play in an ’80s rock band. My family and I have deep roots in the community, where we’ve been active for over five decades, and I currently serve on the board for a local private school district as well as my church board. As an Insurance Sales Account Representative for The Russell P Brown Ins Agcy Inc, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Bilingual is a plus
