Qualifications
Experience in Commercial Real Estate, including understanding market trends, client needs, and property analysis
Possession of a valid Florida Real Estate License
Proficiency in brokerage processes and real estate sales
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
