We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative
on a
contract basis
to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is
remote in the following locations: Urbandale, IA, Franklin, MA, Houston, TX, Tampa, FL, and Miami, FL.
Candidates may need to go into the office if there are technical issues.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, assisting callers with benefit elections and pension-related questions Provide support regarding upcoming changes and program updates Navigate multiple systems to locate information and document call notes Maintain professionalism and accuracy while managing high call volumes Follow scheduled shifts, breaks, and lunch periods consistently Support callers in a remote work environment with adherence to performance standards
Skills And Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills, including navigating multiple screens, searching knowledge bases, and typing notes Ability to work scheduled shifts between 7:45 AM and 6:00 PM CST Ability to work remotely in a quiet, professional environment with no background distractions Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps with a hardline Ethernet connection Ability to adhere to the training schedule with no planned time off during the training period Willingness to work occasional overtime Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred
Prior call center experience Experience working in an office environment Experience with pensions or benefits-related services
