Title: Customer Service Representative (Office, Full-Time)
Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year
Status: Full-time, in-office

Overview:We’re seeking a dependable, customer-focused representative to join our office team. The right candidate will learn Vendidit’s multiple product/service pipelines and deliver high-quality support to customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, professional phone, email, and in-person customer support.
Learn and maintain working knowledge of all Vendidit pipelines to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and route complex requests.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM accurately and timely.
Escalate technical or policy issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
Assist with order processing, account updates, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting.
Meet quality and productivity goals; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in training sessions and maintain up-to-date process knowledge.
Support cross-functional teams as needed (sales, operations, technical support).
Required Qualifications:
1+ years customer service experience (office or call center preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable learning multiple product/service pipelines and technical workflows.
Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (or similar).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or related technology platforms.
Experience with ticketing/CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
Work Schedule:
Full-time, daytime hours (specific schedule to be confirmed).
$40,000–$50,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience.
