A well-established commercial property management group is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office and industrial properties.
This role is best suited for a Property Manager with established, independent portfolio management experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Property Manager Proven success in tenant relations, with a professional, solutions-oriented approach Highly personable with a demonstrated track record of top-tier customer service Strong financial reporting and analytical skills, including: Budgeting CAM reconciliations Yardi experience is helpful
Property Manager job responsibilities:
Oversee a portfolio of office and industrial properties Provide a hands-on management style Lead, mentor, and develop the property management team Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors Identify operational issues, recommend solutions, and execute action plans to drive peak property performance Collaborate with the executive team on goals and areas for improvement Prepare, review, and deliver monthly financial and operational reports accurately and on time Negotiate RFPs and manage vendor contracts to ensure quality service and competitive pricing Perform annual CAM reconciliations and re-forecasts as required Please note that compensation and benefits are set by our clients and REP cannot be held responsible for any changes in benefits or final compensation offered for a position.
