motivated Entry-Level Charity Events Assistant

positive attitude and a willingness to learn ! Key Responsibilities
Assist in
planning, coordinating, and executing charity events and fundraising initiatives
Support
event logistics , including setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and breakdown
Engage with
donors, sponsors, and participants
to create a positive event experience
Help create, edit, and distribute
event communications and promotional materials
Track and report on
event attendance, performance, and fundraising outcomes
Collaborate with
internal teams and community partners
to align events with organizational goals
Participate in
post-event evaluations
and provide ideas for future improvements
Qualifications
Passion for
community service, nonprofit work, and event planning
Strong
organization, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work
flexible hours , including weekends and evenings
Positive,
self-motivated , and eager to learn
High school diploma or equivalent required;
college coursework in event management, nonprofit studies, or communications
preferred
Previous volunteer or event experience is a plus
