As Trainee Digital Marketing, you take operational ownership of defined digital marketing activities and support the execution and continuous optimization of account-based marketing initiatives. Your work directly contributes to campaign speed, data quality, and stable, repeatable marketing processes. Responsibilities
Executing and optimizing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives within Tecan’s OEM Partnering Business Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across LSB-specific business units in line with defined business objectives Maintaining and continuously improving the marketing contact database, including structured data imports, ensuring accuracy and compliance Monitoring campaign performance and preparing regular reports to support data-driven optimization Supporting the day-to-day operation of CRM and CMS systems, ensuring data integrity and usability for sales and marketing teams Contributing to the development of service automation workflows and lead management processes to improve operational efficiency This is a 6 months fixed-term position with the possibility for extension, offering a clear perspective to grow into a specialist role in digital marketing. Your background
You combine curiosity, structure, and a strong hands-on mindset. You enjoy working with data, systems, and digital tools and want to build a solid foundation in digital marketing within an international environment. You bring: You are currently or recently completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a comparable field First practical exposure through internships, student jobs, or project work in digital marketing or sales operations A basic understanding of digital marketing processes or sales operations Business-level English, German or any other languages is a nice to have A structured, reliable working style and the ability to execute tasks independently Nice to have: Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms such as HubSpot Interest in AI-supported marketing tools and data-driven optimization What makes working at Tecan unique
