Regular Key Responsibilities
Build and drive valuable relationships with client marketing team, marketing centers of excellence, internal business partners, and external partners to translate business, client, and product strategies into supporting marketing strategies. Define execution plans and timelines in support of client engagement marketing strategy for events, trade shows and conferences. Collaborate with internal and external marketing partners to develop and execute marketing programs for the business. Manage relationships with vendors and trade show/conference contacts. Document and report post-engagement results summary for review, and schedule/facilitate lessons learned discussions with marketing and business partners. Support Salesforce marketing campaigns. Manage projects and marketing budgets. Stay abreast of best in class industry trade shows, conferences, events and experiential marketing delivery channels. Ensure alignment of all strategies to the Truist Purpose and Brand. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Impact a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams. Act as a resource for teammates with less experience. Ability to work independently and receive minimal guidance. Deliver marketing programs on budget and on time. Strong personal presence. Other duties, as assigned.

Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training 4+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the Marketing discipline (e.g., Marketing Ps, Market research, analytics, digital) Experience managing projects or project work streams Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems Knowledge of the clients and industry's competitive landscape and the factors that differentiate Truist and its competitors in the market Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in related field B2B marketing or sales experience 6+ years of related experience Previous experience in financial services, retail or packaged goods industries Consumer/Commercial/Corporate/Wealth banking client, relationship, product and/or segment marketing experience Client services or hospitality experience
