Sitter Wanted - Need Nanny $16 Per Hour For 1 Toddler

I live in Indianapolis Indiana, and need a nanny to watch my 1 year old baby girl on a regular basis while I work. I just want you to play with my baby, watch her play with her toys, try to help her learn to walk/talk, put her down for naps and put her to bed at the end of the day. You will have to make her meals sometimes and pour milk into her bottle, but I don’t ask you to do any house chores or cleaning, not even cleaning her bottles or cleaning her toys. I don’t mind if you use your phone, and we don’t have a limit on screen time, so I expect you to sometimes have kids tv shows playing on tv and just be sitting watching it with her. That’s fine, every baby needs cuddle time as well as play time! I am very flexible with the schedule and hours, I can pay $16 /hour (flexible), and give you up to 60 hours a week if you wanted.
