Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales (Export Channel)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales and Customer service representative to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the needs of our Export team by ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently enter and verify orders in Oracle Communicate order status, delivery times, back-orders, and general inquiries via phone, email, and chat Maintain price sheets for our export markets and generate proforma invoices Optimize container space using 3D Image Software Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and shipping of orders Provide product data and recommendations in collaboration with Export Product Manager Resolve order, returns, and billing discrepancies with professionalism and urgency Manage export documentation, inspections, and compliance for international shipments Assist with inventory and availability inquiries Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and track post-shipment activities Arrange inspections and compliances by working with inspection companies for Kuwait and Iraq shipments for domestic and overseas product, manage ISF filings for US imports, and issue ASN documents before Middle East shipments reach destination ports Manage post-shipment follow-ups, preparing commercial Invoices and packing lists for all drop-ship orders. Confirmation of returned empty containers from Serbian shipments to customers Job Requirements: 3+ years of customer service experience, international experience preferred Bachelor's degree in business or 3-5 years general sales or business experience International business and freight forwarding experience required Strong, professional written and verbal communication Excellent organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Advanced proficiency in Excel Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle experience a plus Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment About the Company: Throughout a history dating back to 1881, Bradford White Corporation has been manufacturing some of the most high-performing, technologically advanced, and energy-saving products to the world market.
