You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations in every interaction, and handling cash transactions with accuracy. Additional responsibilities include assisting with guest inquiries, verifying tickets for entry, and providing service recovery when needed. Working at Bellagio's showroom, you'll enjoy a sophisticated, fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact. The starting rate: $16.00 / Per Hour The day-to-day: Sell, upsell, and cross-sell tickets for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions across all properties Process orders and will-call while providing prompt, courteous service Accurately handle and balance a cash drawer, processing ticket sales with various payment types Answer guest questions and provide detailed information about property facilities, services, and event details Verify tickets before entry into events and exhibits Answer multi-line telephones using proper etiquette The ideal candidate: Must be 18 years of age or older Prior Box Office, Theater and Ticketing System experience preferred Detail oriented, takes initiative, flexible and able to multi-task Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
Box Office Operations range from 11:00 AM
