Our system encompasses over 14 product lines to support manufacturing applications and customers in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, building & construction, consumer products, medical and packaging. Make outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries for spare parts quickly and efficiently Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner Accurately confirm replacement parts to meet specifications Build rapport with customers Collect customer information for future follow-ups Upsell services and make product recommendations Close sales and meet and exceed company quotas Enter quotes and orders into Epicor Identify sales opportunities Support order picking and shipping as required Staying informed about product and service information updates Job Requirements
High School Diploma is required; College Diploma in Business Administration and or equivalent is preferred Minimum of 2 years Inside sales experience Energetic, self-motivated, client focused is a must Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products Self disciplined with excellent organizational and time management skills Strong prospecting, negotiating and closing skills Strong communication skills - English verbal and written is required People oriented and experienced in rapport building Ability to sell and promote Working knowledge of various technology and software programs Ability to be flexible with work hours to meet occasional customer urgent requests Ability to potentially travel up to 10% of the time Previous experience with Epicor is an asset Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
