Write estimates, order parts, and manage the full repair order process. Master our proven systems like the Warm Welcome, Fond Farewell, and Phone Process. Keep pace with a fast, fun, customer-first environment. What You Bring Automotive industry experience with strong sales skills. Deep understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair recommendations. A professional, genuine, and customer-focused approach. Ability to multitask, lead a team, and communicate clearly.
