IES Retail, LLC is now hiring full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing teams at our Texaco locations in the Nuuanu and Dillingham/Kalihi areas. We're looking for motivated, dependable, and customer-friendly individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and take pride in delivering excellent service. (eligible employees) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Professional, ethical, dependable, and customer-focused attitude Ability to remain calm and use good judgment in challenging situations Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to operate a cash register and make accurate change Willingness to obtain required food handling certification and TB clearance Must be 18 years or older (alcohol sales requirement) Preferred: Previous customer service and cash-handling experience What You'll Do Prepare food and beverages while following all health and safety standards Clean, stock, and maintain food preparation and sales areas Perform daily station cleaning to ensure a safe, welcoming environment Stock and rotate hot and cold items Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently Deliver excellent customer service to every guest, every shift Salary Range: $17-$19/hour
