Automotive Service Consultant Our Service Consultants knowledgably and courteously assist our customers to navigate the complex and technological process of getting a vehicle serviced and serve as a resource for our customers questions, keeping the highest level of customer satisfaction at the heart of their efforts. Qualifications
The ideal Service Consultant is someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with our customers and assisting them with their vehicle maintenance needs, advising them on manufacturer recommended service items as well explaining complicated repairs. They should have excellent time management skills and be very organized to coordinate activities on a large number of repair orders in various stages of the repair process. They must be proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) as well as other technological programs (IE: CDK, Podium, XTime). They should be able to communicate with a wide variety of people on many levels and professionally and courteously explain repairs at the customers level. With an extensive amount of customer communication on sometimes technical topics, they should also be able to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone and in writing (IE: email and messaging). Our company uses many different technologies and our Service Consultant are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (IE: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites. This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check. EOE
