Essential Job Functions:\nReceive high volume of inbound phone calls\nMake outbound calls to account owners\nTrack correspondence sent, received or requiring further action in account management system\nResearch owner contact information as needed\nMeet daily, weekly and monthly production objectives\nBe accountable for call quality, attendance, and adherence to work schedule results

Experience Requirement(s):\nPrevious Office Experience (Preferred)\nExperience in a law office, collections environment or tax office (Preferred)\nExperience in customer service (Preferred)

Education Requirement(s):\nHigh School diploma or equivalent (Required)\nSome college (Preferred)
