Communicating with customers through various channels, generating sales leads and conversion, and transferring to a licensed mortgage consultant. What You Will Bring Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative (e.g., call center, collections)

Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas

Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

High school diploma or equivalent

Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally

Address customer inquiries, complaints, accounting questions, and loan updates

Generate sales leads for mortgage consultants and assist with lead conversion

Support mortgage consultants by collecting and organizing customer documents accurately

Identify and assess customer needs to ensure superior satisfaction

Schedule appointments for closings and files at various stages of the mortgage process

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open communication via phone, email, and text

Meet individual and team sales targets and call handling quotas

Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Engage with customers proactively, collecting and implementing feedback efficiently

Manage lead pipelines to ensure conversion and follow-up

Availability to work flexible hours: 5:00 AM

7:00 PM MST (MonFri) and 8:00 AM

5:00 PM MST (SatSun)
