Galpin Motors is looking for a BDC Caller to join our Galpin Ford team located in the heart of beautiful North Hills, CA. If you are someone who is ready to hit the ground running and eager to make an immediate impact, we want to talk to YOU! This position has been a great stepping stone to further advancement opportunities at Galpin. Some of What You'll Do: Start the day by reviewing any new leads or messages that came in overnight and create the schedule and tasks for the day. Make outbound calls and emails to follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven't made a purchase yet. Following the scheduled cadence by the CRM Momentum. Send follow-up text messages to customers who have provided their phone numbers and opted in for text communications. Bring potential customers to the attention of the salesperson or internet manager, highlighting relevant details and notes from previous interactions. Update CRM records with any new information or developments.
