As an Account Executive, you'll be a trusted consultant and strategic partner, working with clients to bring their visions to life through technical solutions, seamless logistics, and world-class service. Client Consulting

Understand client goals, budgets, and technical needs to develop customized event solutions. Proposal Development

Respond to inquiries, craft compelling proposals, and negotiate contract terms with confidence. Project Coordination

Oversee event logistics from site surveys to equipment needs, labor coordination, and execution planning. Relationship Management

Maintain proactive communication, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after each event. Internal Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with project managers, technicians, and logistics teams to ensure flawless delivery. Contract Oversight

Manage contracts, deposits, and invoicing to ensure smooth financial execution. Post-Event Follow-Up

Debrief with clients, gather feedback, and identify future opportunities for collaboration. What We're Looking For

A background in AV sales or live event production (or both!) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A high level of organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment A passion for delivering amazing client experiences from start to finish Why Join LMG?
