Inside Sales Representative
General Shale, Inc., the nation's leading brick and masonry materials manufacturer, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Piney Flats, TN location. The successful candidate must acquire an in-depth knowledge of General Shale products and interact professionally with customers in a fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities will include: Inside sales Invoicing Answering the phone Data entry in SAP computer system Cash sales Liaising with outside sales team Job requirements: 2-5 years customer service experience; inside sales experience Must be a self-starter who possesses excellent PC skills; knowledge of SAP a plus Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal communications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related curriculum preferred We offer competitive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
