Responsibilities: Store Sales Supervision Review weekly sales performance for each store and identify trends Recommend orders and restocking for missing or low-stock items Suggest markdowns, price changes, or clearance actions for slow-moving items Recommend TPR (Temporary Price Reductions) and end-cap items to boost category sales Propose promotions to increase customer traffic Develop sales strategies for successful new product launches Identify negative GP items and recommend corrective actions Store Operation Supervision Ensure store quality standards are maintained in line with HQ guidelines Rotate TPRs for best-selling items to keep displays fresh and appealing Customer Relationship Management Serve as a liaison between stores and HQ to address customer concerns Conduct store analysis to advise managers on strengths and improvement areas Evaluate marketability of new products proposed by the SCM team and make informed buying decisions Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
