Licensed Sales Consultants' base pay: $50,000 / year* plus commission. Average first-year earnings range from $50K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission. What You Will Do: Support our partnership for credit union memberships Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture Key Attributes: Property & Casualty license High school or equivalent 3+ years of experience with Property & Casualty products (particularly Personal Lines in auto and homeowners insurance) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well independently and on a team Precise verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients Preferred Attributes: Experience with Applied Systems platforms, such as TAM and Epic, or AMS360 Bachelor's Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not required
