National Indoor RV Centers is actively seeking an experienced Sales Consultant for our Las Vegas, NV location. We are a premier full-service RV company that values lasting relationships with our employees, customers and the community. We are continuing to grow fast and looking for those who are eager to become a long-term valued member of our NIRVC family. Our experienced Sales Consultants make in the six figures and so can you! What makes us unique? We have five facility locations - Dallas, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Nashville, and Atlanta We are a full-service facility from sales to RV preparation for our customers next trip We are expanding and building brand new, state-of-the-art stores Our atmosphere is one where we consider ourselves a'mentoring' facility where everyone helps, promotes, and cares about one another Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant: Meets sales goals utilizing RV sales best practices and company guidelines Willing to learn RV sales and up-sell techniques Basic knowledge or the ability to quickly learn: Salesforce, Internet Searches and Microsoft Outlook systems Qualifications for our Sales Consultant: Positive welcoming attitude Dependable and trustworthy Polished presentation Able to perform work inside and outside the office in all weather conditions Have excellent customer relations skills Knowledge of recreational vehicle operations Great communication skills A relationship builder Ability to work well with others Additional Qualifications for Sales Consultant: Driver's License Sales experience Customer service Benefits: We believe in investing in our employees by providing a great benefit package including: 401k (after 90 days of employment) Full Benefits (available 1st of the month following a 30-day waiting period) Ongoing training to help you reach your career goals Industry leading pay Top notch work facilities Career advancement opportunities We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
