A candidate must have deep expertise in administering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and securing the M365 ecosystem through Entra ID and advanced security configurations.
Rate Range:
$41/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
M365 Subject Matter Expert job responsibilities include:
Manages Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and overall M365 tenant configurations. Oversees Entra ID identity management, MFA, Conditional Access, and rolebased access controls. Implements Zero Trust security practices and maintains a strong securescore posture across the environment. Configures Defender for Office 365, Purview DLP, and other M365 security and compliance solutions. Automates administrative and reporting tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency and consistency. Provides L3 support, handles complex troubleshooting, and works closely with security and infrastructure teams. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. Candidate must have 10+ years of handson experience in M365 administration, security, identity management, and enterpriselevel collaboration platforms. Candidate must demonstrate strong proficiency in managing Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and securing the M365 ecosystem through Entra ID and M365 security tools. Candidate will have proven capability in implementing Zero Trust controls, maintaining compliance posture, automating administration with PowerShell, and handling L3 support for complex issues. Pay Details:
$41.00 to $45.00 per hour
