The May Institute is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director, Adult Services in Raynham, MA to drive clinical excellence in our residential and Day Habilitation programs for adults age 22+ with autism. In this leadership role, you'll mentor clinicians, shape innovative programs, and collaborate with national experts in autism and developmental disabilities.
Your Role
- Lead clinical training, supervision, and staff evaluation to ensure top-tier ABA services.
- Track client progress and refine intervention strategies using data-driven insights.
- Stay ahead of ABA research and best practices, integrating new methods into clinical care.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with ABA regulations.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D).
- 1+ years of experience designing and implementing treatment programs.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
