Leadership & Development

- Therapists typically treat 4–5 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in PT, OT, or SLP (DPT, OTD, MSOT, MSPT, etc.)
- Active California license or ability to obtain
- 3+ years of direct patient care experience
- Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience as Lead Therapist, Therapy Manager, or Director of Therapy
- Proven ability to hold team members accountable
