Responsibilities
The role provides strategic and operational leadership for the health system's specialty pharmacy service line. This individual will oversee all aspects of program development, execution, and integration across clinical and administrative departments. The role is accountable for driving financial growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and most importantly, delivering a best‑in‑class experience for patients and providers.

- Education Required : Bachelor’s Degree
- Education Preferred : Doctorate
Experience
- Over 5 years Progressive Management Experience Required
License and Certification
- Registered Pharmacist Required
- Board Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) Preferred
- Licensed Pharmacist Required
