Job Description Summary: Faegre Drinker has an opportunity for a Social Media Specialist to work in our Denver, Chicago, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, or downtown Indianapolis office. You will lead Faegre Drinker's presence across platforms (including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others) by developing and sharing impactful content that highlights the firm's thought leadership, priorities, and culture. This position will work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of our clients.

Job Description:

What you would do: Oversee the firm's social media profiles, strategy, and presence by monitoring firm alerts, blogs, events, videos, and website content to identify and promote shareable content across platforms at optimal times. Draft posts in the firm's voice, select images, and manage editorial and social media calendars, ensuring relevant, consistent content reaches key audiences. Maximize reach and engagement with target audiences. Serve as a key resource for attorneys, consultants, and staff, offering guidance on social media strategy, governance, and best practices. Create and advise on LinkedIn Ads and other paid advertising. Report on both organic and paid social media efforts, ensuring compliance with firm standards, and supporting the ongoing growth of the firm's social media presence. Special projects and duties as assigned. What is expected:

Flexible working environment for work-life success The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $72,000.00 - $80,000.00.

Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location where the position is filled, in all cases consistent with applicable law. This is an exempt role and the initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for professional staff, which includes, but is not limited to: a discretionary bonus; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.

What is required:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism or related field 4+ years of related experience (in-house or agency)/ Mastery of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Sprout Social and other social media platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Law firm, other professional services, or corporate experience preferred
