This role is within Capital One’s Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP) organization, on the *Marketing & Messaging Content Products team**.*. ECP is responsible for Capital One’s digital customer experiences, including its award winning mobile app, its online presence, and Enterprise-grade products and platforms used across all lines of business. Our team is driving a large-scale transformation of our content supply chain to unlock highly personalized, intelligent experiences for millions of current and prospective customers.* At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
+ A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
+ A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration* Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and display executive-level influence* Familiarity with content and asset management systems (CMS, DAM), and self-service authoring tools in digital marketing and messaging channels* Experience leveraging agentic tools to automate content operations and accelerate the velocity of speed to market* Analytical mindset and familiarity with multivariate experimentation and intelligent decisioning and experimentation systemsCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
