Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for Brookdale Ocean House, a luxury, oceanfront assisted living community.
Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional service and hospitality to residents and families.
Represent the campus with stakeholders and maintain operations in alignment with company standards.
Qualifications
Polished, professional Executive Director with the ability to lead a high-end campus.
Experience in senior living, hospitality, or related industries with strong people leadership and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategies that enhance resident experience and operational excellence.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
