Product Lister

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Product Lister to manage and optimize our online product catalog. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have specific experience with SellerCloud and the Lowes HD/Zoro listing systems, ensuring that product data is both accurate and engaging for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Product Listing Creation:

Create new product listings by accurately entering information such as titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory data into our SellerCloud system and Lowes HD/Zoro platforms. Catalog Maintenance & Optimization:

Regularly review and update existing listings to ensure they are current, SEO optimized, and error-free. Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure consistency across all channels. Data Accuracy & Quality Control:

Ensure that all listings meet established brand standards and guidelines. Perform routine checks to identify and correct any discrepancies or outdated information. Performance Monitoring:

Monitor listing performance by tracking key metrics and making data-driven recommendations to enhance visibility and conversion rates. Problem Resolution:

Troubleshoot any technical or content issues that arise with the listing platforms and liaise with technical support or IT teams as needed. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, inventory management) to coordinate product launches, updates, and promotional activities. Qualifications: Experience:

Proven hands-on experience as a Product Lister or in a similar role, with demonstrable proficiency using

SellerCloud

and familiarity with

Lowes HD/Zoro listing systems

(or similar product information management tools). Attention to Detail:

Superior data entry accuracy and a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage large volumes of product data without compromising quality. Technical & E-commerce Savvy:

Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, digital asset management systems, and data spreadsheets (e.g., Excel). A strong understanding of SEO best practices for product listings is an advantage. Communication & Teamwork:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Problem-Solving Abilities:

Skilled at identifying issues in product listings and implementing effective solutions to maintain a seamless customer experience. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience in a multi-channel e-commerce environment. Knowledge of additional e-commerce listing or product information management platforms. Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize listings accordingly.
