Job Title - ERP Senior Specialist
Job Function – IT – ERP/EDI
Report to - IT Manager
Position is on-site, 5 days per week. Nashville, TN
Location & Working Arrangement The ERP Senior Specialist position is located at our North American Headquarters in the AT&T Building in downtown Nashville, TN. This position requires reporting to the office daily. Job Purpose Manage and enhance SAP ERP (R/3 and S/4HANA) systems for Hankook Tire America Corp., overseeing SCM (Supply Chain Management) and FCM (Finance and Controlling Management) modules by performing system configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting technical issues. Implement ERP solutions in collaboration with business units to support logistics, finance, and operational processes. Manage and monitor EDI infrastructure to ensure secure and accurate electronic communication with vendors and partners. Develop and maintain technical documentation for system changes and processes, provide user training, technical support, and guidance to internal stakeholders, and coordinate with global IT teams to ensure alignment of system standards and processes.
Core Competencies
Demonstrate ability and solid work ethic to perform technical tasks including analysis, design, coding, debugging and implementation of software applications.
Investigate, analyze and resolve inquiries received by phone, email, or chat.
Collaborate with vendors and other departments to coordinate projects and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain records and prepare reports to fulfill business requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
2 years experience in SAP ERP implementation or SAP consulting projects.
2 years experience with SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments, including configuration of SCM and/or FCM modules.
2 years experience working with EDI protocols (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or equivalent) and EDI mapping/translation tools.
2 years experience of SAP integration points with logistics, finance, and warehouse systems.
2 years experience of analyzing business requirements, design solutions, and document functional/technical specifications.
2 years of troubleshooting with a proven track record of resolving system incidents and performance issues.
2 years experience in providing user support and conducting ERP/EDI system training sessions.
Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
