Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Banker I based in Indianapolis, IN. As a Personal Banker I, you will assist customers by providing tailored financial solutions and services to meet their banking needs. Daily tasks include opening new accounts, handling deposits, guiding customers on financial products and services, and delivering a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with customers to understand their financial goals and provide expert advice to help them achieve success.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Personal Banking, including deposits management and opening new accounts
Strong background in Finance and related concepts
Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to build trust and address customer needs
Sales and cross-selling expertise in financial products is a plus
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site and provide personalized, in-branch customer support
A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in Banking, Finance, or a related field are advantageous
Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment is beneficial
