Responsibilities

Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs

Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes

Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience

Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions

Manage and nurture leads, turning them into successful transactions

Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients

Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience

Utilize our marketing tools to effectively promote properties and attract prospective buyers

Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to offer clients the best advice

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system for transparency and follow-up purposes

Qualifications

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job

A successful and proven sales history is preferred

Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

Compensation $35,000 - $250,000 yearly
