As a Senior Manager in the Asset Management practice, you will be responsible for:
Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives
Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior level clients to evaluate the business and technology at the strategic level
Managing large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
Initiating and leading business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients
Supporting the development of the practice by driving initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
Being a visible thought leader in the Asset Management industry, bringing original thought and recommendation to industry leaders
Business development, interacting with clients and prospects to bring Accenture’s value to client growth and innovation
10+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the asset management industry (i.e., product, distributions, operations, investment technology, etc.)
Proven program, project, and delivery leadership in the asset management industry
Established relationships with leaders across the Asset Management industry
Experience building relationships with key clients through delivery and position to expand client footprint
Experience managing a team between 2-10 people on client facing engagements
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Previous management consulting, program management, business advisory experience a plus
Alternatives, private investment, or sales distribution expertise a plus
Bachelor's degree required, CPA and/or MBA a plus
Professional Skill Requirements Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Desire to work in an information systems environment. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
