Responsibilities The mission of this Product Marketing leader is to own the end-to-end commercialization and GTM strategy for the Money Portfolio (Bill Pay and Payments) within the Accountant Channel. This role centers on two critical areas: 1) Platform Commercialization: Define the platform value proposition and optimize the commercial strategy (SKUs, bundles, attach); 2) Value Translation: Translate the evolving platform experience and Agentic AI benefits to drive adoption and retention. This role requires a leader who is both a master strategist (inbound PMM) and a flawless executor (outbound GTM), leading strategic initiatives to drive QBO and Payroll adoption. You will be the definitive voice of the accountant for QBO platform and Payroll products, advocating for the channel's needs while executing high-impact GTM campaigns that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
Platform Acquisition (GNS & NTTF): Drive growth in QuickBooks Online subscribers (GNS) and New-to-Franchise (NTTF) customers by maximizing conversion within the channel's highest-volume workflow; define and execute platform adoption targets.
Multi-Product Expansion & Growth: Maximize adoption and usage of high-value services, with a focus on Payroll/WFS portfolio for accountant-served clients; metrics include QBO w/ Payroll attach, Payroll activation, and multi-product attach lift.
Purchase Path Performance: Own the end-to-end purchasing experience to improve buy-path conversion.
Friction Reduction & Trust: Advocate for the Voice of the Accountant (VOA) to influence product roadmaps and improve partner satisfaction metrics/sentiment.
Campaign Performance: Plan and execute GTM campaigns that drive measurable commercial lift and accelerate partner adoption of key innovations like AI agents on the QBO platform.
Key Responsibilities
Voice of the Accountant (VOA) & Product Advocacy (Inbound PMM)
VOA Capture & Champion: Gather VOA through feedback loops and engagement forums; serve as PMM liaison to Money Product Marketing and Product teams to align products with accountant workflows, fiduciary duties, and trust concerns.
Influence Product Roadmap: Partner with Product and Engineering to address friction points, optimize onboarding experiences (e.g., Delegated Onboarding for Money/Payroll), and advocate for firm-level product controls.
Platform Commercialization & Go-to-Market (Outbound PMM)
Platform Narrative: Define core Platform Narrative, messaging, and positioning; articulate benefits and QBO & Payroll value propositions for accountant success, firm growth, and client success.
End-to-End GTM Ownership: Lead GTM for core QBO platform features and Payroll/WFS initiatives; manage inbound strategy, outbound messaging, campaigns, and post-launch optimization.
Commercialization Strategy: Define the GTM toolkit and platform/bundle positioning; align with One Intuit Strategy for new SKUs, bundles, and pricing.
Purchase Path Optimization: Influence performance in key experiences to drive client/product addition, conversion, and multi-product attach.
Campaign Leadership & Execution: Lead GTM campaigns to drive awareness and conversion for QBO and Payroll products.
Platform Experience & Change Management (Value Translation)
Translate Platform Evolution: Define and communicate the platform evolution for accountants and workflows (e.g., transition to the Intuit Accountant Suite/Supernova); emphasize centralized firm-wide visibility, increased control, and scalability.
Articulate Agentic AI Value: Translate AI agents and platform evolution into accountant value to drive readiness, adoption, and retention.
Platform Change Management: Lead PMM strategy for major platform rollouts with change materials and communications to ensure buy-in and successful adoption of AI-powered experiences.
Qualifications
BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent experience in a complex digital ecosystem or B2B marketing a plus.
10+ years of professional experience in marketing, especially driving high-volume, measurable GTM strategies in a digital channel or sales-supported environment.
Proven expertise as an inbound PMM with experience influencing and partnering with Product and Engineering to drive product change based on customer insight (VOA).
Strong GTM execution track record translating complex product capabilities into winning positioning and messaging that drives results.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for complex GTM challenges and funnel optimization.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The expected base pay ranges are provided below: Bay Area California $158,000 - 213,500; Southern California $150,500 - 203,500.
